Office Assistant
We are Professional Organizers based in Chantilly, VA, and we are looking for a full time, M-F, 9a-5p Office Assistant. We are a small company, so we are unable to offer benefits at this time, but we will pay between $10 and $15 per hour.
We need applicants to have:
- Access to reliable transportation since there isn’t convenient public transportation
- Ability to climb stairs as this location is not ADA accessible
- Good communication skills (reading, writing and spoken/telephone) in English
- Some familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint)
- The ability to work with little or no supervision, self motivated with attention to detail
- Client confidentiality is very important, so you need to be able to keep secrets
- Experience in customer service is a plus
Duties will include:
- Answering and making phone calls
- Contact management
- Scheduling appointments and keeping calendars updated
- Handling emails
- Scanning and filing Paperwork
- Video editing
- Social Networking
- Occasional research
- Writing articles and editing other people’s writing
Experience is not necessary. We will gladly train the right person.
