Office Assistant

We are looking for a full time, M-F, 9a-5p Office Assistant. Duties include answering and making phone calls, basic document handling (both electronic and paper), scheduling work and managing calendars, handling email and occasional research. This is good entry level+ position, with the opportunity to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Experience with Microsoft Office and in customer service are a plus.

 

Organizing Assistant

We are a growing company with part time employees. We are always looking for people who love organizing. Our team consists of Organizers and Organizing Assistants. Everybody starts as an Assistant. An Assistant follows an Organizer’s directions on tasks such as presorting. An Assistant’s hours are flexible, but erratic. This is not a good choice for someone counting on this to pay the mortgage. We are particularly looking for people who are interested in promoting to Organizer and dedicated to taking advantage of learning opportunities.
